トンデモキットでした。
胴体白帯を塗装中に、パネルラインがおかしいことに気がつきました。最も致命的なのは、翼内機銃の位置が全然違うことです。主翼は構造上、内翼と外翼に分かれますが、正しくは外翼に機銃があります。
このキットは何なんだ？RE.2000かRE.2001とのコンパチにしたかったのか？と調べてみましたが、どれもパネルラインや機銃位置はキットとは違っています。つまり、キットはRE.2000でもなくRE.2001でもなくRE.2002でもない何かなのです。（RE.2002の試作機？）
このキットには、資料集が付属していますが、これはイタレリの気合いだと思っていました。しかし実際は、「キットはヘンテコになっちゃったので、この資料集を見ながら自分で修正してね。」という趣旨のようです。
①翼内機銃を正しい位置にしました。タミヤの作った説明書の塗装図は、正しい位置に描いてあります。翼上面の機銃装弾ハッチは、翼上面を一部切り取ってハメ込むように指示されていますが、これをやると致命傷になります。たまたま、このパーツを付け忘れていたのでセーフでした。今回は薄いプラ版を貼ってお気楽にハッチとしました。そもそも、リベット位置なども不正確な、しようもないキットなので、あまり気合いを入れて修正する気力はありません。
②胴体両サイドのハッチは付け忘れていた（コレは私のミス。）ので、付けました。穴のフチがガタガタになってしまいました。位置が怪しいですが、とりあえずキット指定の位置に付けました。どのみちしようもないキットなので、気合いを入れて正確を目指すつもりはありません。
＊①も②も、翼や胴体に穴をあけ切り欠いて（裏側にガイドあり）、ハッチを接着する方式になっています。ということは、このハッチがないバージョンも想定してのことでしょうが、そういう機体は見つかりません。イタレリは何を見てキット設計したのでしょうか？
③右胴体ハッチ周辺の小ハッチのようなモールドは存在しないので埋めましたが、試作機や初期型にはあるようです。
④キャノピー後ろの三角の膨らみは大きすぎますが、今回はいじりませんでした。
もう一つ買って、ドイツ迷彩色バージョンも作ろうと思っていましたが、、、萎えました。（＾＾;）
This kit has a lot of mistake! Terrible!
This kit is producted by ITALERI, and Tamiya add a pilot and exchanged into Tamiya's decals.
When I was painting a white band, I found a mistake of the kit. The panel lines are different from a real plane. A fatal mistake is a position of 20mm gun in the wing. Wing of Re2002 consists of inner wing and outer wing, and 20mm gun is in outer wing. But this kit has 20mm gun in inner wing.
Moreover, panel lines and tiny details are not of RE2002, nor RE2000, nor RE2001... What is this kit? Prototype of RE2002?
This kit contains a booklet of RE2002. I thought this is ITALERI's enthusiasm at first. But this means "Please correct this kit by yourself seeing this booklet. Because we had maden this kit funny"!
① I corrected the position of 20mm gun in each wing. Drawings of Tamiya's instruction is correct. The instruction indicates to cut a part of the wing for a bullet hatch, but if you do this, it is fatal. In this time I foutunately found this before I cut the wing. I attached a 0.2mm plastic plate on the wing as a bullet hatch.
② I forgot to attach hatches on the hull sides. This is my mistake. I cut the hull from outside, so cutted edge is not fine.
About ①,②, we have to cut the hull or wing, and set a hatch. Is there no hatch type of RE2002? It seems that all types of RE2002 have these hatch. What did ITALERI intends?
③ I filled in two tiny hatches on the right hull side. But prototype and very early type seems have these hatches.
④ A triangle bulge behind the cockpit seems too big. But I left as it is.
At first I wanted to buy this kit again and wanted to build it in German color. ..But I lost heart...
