This type is basically same as the previous model.
Metal fittings for an external fuel box (standing setting type) were discontinued, and the position of tools was changed. In order to easy to identify, I tried separating this model from the previous model.
Welded turret was changed into simplified shell type 1941 from the late model.
砲塔 Turret；

・溶接製砲塔と鋳造製砲塔の両方が存在する。溶接製砲塔は初期型は1940年型シェル、後期型は1941年簡易型シェル。鋳造製砲塔は1940年型シェル。
・後面のボルトは溶接1940年型は６つ、溶接1941年簡易型は８つ。鋳造型は６つ。

· Welded turret and cast turret, there are both. The welded turret is a type 1940 shell in the early model, and a type 1941 simplified shell in the late model. The casted turret shell is still model 1940.

· Two periscopes standardly. Both are model PT-4-7. Some tanks have only left periscope and right hole is sealed with a round plate.
· The top hatch has a round bulge to the left. The hole for the old inspection equipment is nothing from the beginning.

· Metal fittings for an external fuel box (standing setting type) were discontinued. And three set of metal fittings for an external fuel box (flat setting type) were installed on the left side, and two set of them were installed on the right side.

· Two jack base boxes on both rear fenders were discontinued. Only one jack base box moved on the right side rear.
· Tools on the right fender are three sets of five grousers, one jack, a tool box (moved from left fender) and extra tracks.
· Tools on the left fender are two "U" shackles (moved from right fender), a lower large box (for a gun barrel cleaner), four metal fittings for fuel boxes and extra tracks. Two sets of five grousers and their metal fittings were already discontinued in the previous model.
· We can see two versions of front fender. A short type and a standard length type. Front outside edge of a short fender is pointed. front outside edge of a standard length fender is rounded. There is a line on the outside of each fender. Folding line between horizonal part and vertical part is rounded, not sharp edged.

· Front towing devices are shape of "γ". They are riveted and welded. Rear towing devices are shape of "J". They are riveted and welded.
· Only one left headlight is on the front panel. A base of a right light is removed from the producting. But a protrusion (connector?) behind a right light is still remained.
· A mount ring of a hull machine gun is a horseshoe-shaped. But the welded line of the armour was interrupted in the centre.
· All bolts on the rear panel including the exhaust pipe cover are conical. Not flat hexagonal bolts.
· There is a reinforcing line on the rear fender. (It is very hard to see this line in photos in WWII, but all T-34s and T-34-85s have this line.)

・起動輪は1941年型。（1940年型と同じデザインだが、外周の溝がないもの。内蔵ゴムが省かれたと思われる。）
・誘導輪はゴム縁のある初期型で変わりないが、少数だけ、ゴム部を廃して金属の外周リングを取り付けたものが存在する。全鋼製誘導輪の実験品と思われる。
・転輪はプレス式1940年型。

· Idler wheels; 1940 type with rubber, unchanged. But we can also see a few special idler wheel. Its rubber tyre was replaced metal ring. I think that this wheel is for experiment of a full metal wheel.
· Road wheels; 1940 dish type.
