2010年代では、なぜだかカタログ落ちしている、日本人なら大好きであろう、自衛隊セイバーです。ハセガワはなぜこれを定番商品扱いしないのか、理解に苦しみます。というわけで、中古屋でゲットしたものです。
塗装はシルバーにクリヤーコート。ここで終わりの予定でしたが、2017年以降は、エナメル黒でシャドー吹きするのが楽しいので、こいつも吹いてやりました。
クリヤーコートを塗料タレするほどガサツにやってしまったので、シルバーが微妙に溶け出してしまい、デカールの余白を激しくシルバリングさせてしまっているところもあります。失敗です。
マーキングは地元愛知県、小牧の、航空自衛隊第8飛行隊の小牧時代のものにしました。F-86Dが有名ですが、F-86Fも配備されていました。
名古屋人には「しゃちほこ」マークはカッコいいと映るものなのデス。

But Hasegawa produces this item very occasionally.
I can't understand why Hasegawa doesn't produce this as a standard number.
After I painted it following the instruction, airbrushed it in gloss clear at a whole.
But I first airbrushed gloss clear very strongly, so the painted silver melted and got dirty.
At last I airbrushed it with thinned flat black enamel paint at panel lines. But the enamel coating is easy to peel off.
The marking is 8th Squadron in Komaki base era.
The 8th Squadron was equipped with also F-86D.
This "Shachihoko" mark looks cool to us, people in Nagoya people.
"Shachihoko" comes from the top of the roof Nagoya Castle.
