T-34, Production in STZ, After Spring 1942
T-34 STZ（スターリングラードトラクター工場）1942年春以降生産型
砲塔が特徴のある、「バリケード工場」製のものを搭載しています。写真でも非常に多く見かけます。
スターリングラードが戦場になったため、1942年10月に工場は閉鎖されました。
We can see many photos of this model. The gun mantlet was changed into a pointed type. This is a big feature of STZ 1942 model. This mantlet was producted in Factory "Barricade" in Stalingrad.
October 1941, STZ was completely shut down the plant, since the battle was already near the factory.
砲塔 Turret；
（前型式からの変更点）
・溶接製砲塔は1942年バリケード工場型溶接シェルに変わった。砲塔前部下部がIII号戦車やIV号戦車のように面取りされている。側面と上面の装甲が組み継ぎになっている。後面パネルのボルトはなくなり、完全溶接になった。
・鋳造製砲塔は1942年簡易型鋳造シェルに変わった。後面が別パーツでなく一体型のもの。
・主砲駐退機カバー前縁が尖っている特徴的なものになった。（溶接砲塔/鋳造砲塔とも。）駐退機カバーのボルトはすべて六角の平頭。円錐形ではない。
・ペリスコープは左にPT-4-7型１基。右ペリスコープは簡易な箱型のものを装備。（溶接砲塔/鋳造砲塔とも。）
・ハッチ上面の膨らみ方は左側が大きく膨らんだもの。左側の膨らみがなくなり、直線的になったもの（112工場と同様のもの）を装備している車両もある。後期型が直線的というわけではなく、ランダム。
(Change point from previous model)
· The welded turret shell was changed into a model 1942 factory Barricade type shell. Cheaks of the turret are cut down as Panzer III or IV. Side and top armours are jointed by a finger joint. Eight boltz on the wide rear panel were discontinued. The rear panel is welded without bolt.
· The casted turret shell was changed into a simplified shell type 1942. The rear side is seamless.
· Gun mantlet was changed into a pointed type. This is a big feature of STZ 1942 model.(Both welded/casted turret) All bolts on the gun mantlet are flat hexagonal bolts. Not conical bolts.
· There is a PT-4-7 periscope on the left. There is an original easy periscope box on the right. (Both welded/casted turret)
· We can randomly see two versions of the top hatch. One has a round bulge to the left, and the other has a straight bulge like as No.112. Not a differece of early or later. Random.

・ハッチの２か所のヒンジは、砲塔側はリベット接合だが、ハッチ側は溶接。

車体 Hull；
（前型式からの変更点）
・両舷に初期型燃料タンクの留め具あり。両舷とも183工場や112工場と同様のタンク留めが２組分ずつあり。後期生産車は燃料タンクの留め具は全てなくなった。
・前部フェンダーは外側の補強用の一筋の打出し線はなくなった。両フェンダーとも前端外側は直角に尖っている。フェンダーの垂直部分と水平部分の境は、エッジのある型式。
(Change point from previous model)
· In the early model, same as the previous model, there are two sets of metal fittings for an external fuel box (flat setting type) on the each side. (total four boxes on both sides.) In the late model, all metal fittings for an external fuel box were discontinued.
· Front fenders were changed into more simple type. A line on the outside of the fender was discontinued. Front outside edge is pointed. Folding line between horizonal part and vertical part is sharp edged.

・前面装甲板の左右が組み継ぎになっている。後面装甲板の左右も組み継ぎになっている。側面装甲板と上面装甲板も組み継ぎになっている。
・操縦手ハッチは新型。（後のT-34-85と同じ標準的なもの。）
・操縦手ハッチの右上に、ピルツのような構造物あり。
・排気管カバーのボルト数は８つで、平頭の六角ボルト。後面装甲板自体のボルトもすべて平頭の六角ボルト。
・排気管の間のミッション点検ハッチは角型のままだが、183工場型と同様の取っ手がある。
・スコップ金具が左舷後部にあり。燃料タンク用金具がなくなってもスコップ金具はあり。
・車体前縁は溶接。
・牽引具はγ字型フックの初期型でリベット止めのうえ溶接。他工場と違い、後部牽引具も前部と同じものを使用。
・前照灯は前面左１基のみ。
・車体機銃のマウントは完全なＯ型。STZのみの特徴。
・エンジンルーバーは横ルーバー型。
・ジャッキ台は左後部フェンダー上に装備。右後部フェンダー上はジャッキ台装着ラックのみあり。
・後部フェンダーに補強用の打出し線あり。（戦時中の写真では大変判別しにくいが、T-34、T-34-85ともすべてあります。）
・右フェンダー上の装備品は前からグローサー５枚３セット、Ｕ字牽引具、ジャッキ、予備キャタピラ。
・左フェンダー上の装備品は前から砲身クリーニングロッド箱（背の低いもの）、グローサー５枚２セット、工具箱、予備キャタピラ。

· The front armor panel is jointed by a finger joint. Also, rear & side, side & upper.
· The new driver's hatch with two armored visors. The base is simple style. (same as T-34-85.)
· There is a device like a "piltz" (of german tank) upper right of the driver's hatch (Just under the main gun).
· There are 8 bolts on a exaust pipe cover. And all bolts on the rear panel including the exhaust pipe cover are flat hexagonal bolts. Not conical bolts.
· The square transmission hatch with a tiny handrail. Without a keyhole. Same as No.183.
· There is metal fittings for two shovels are on the left side rear. Even in the case of no metal fittings for an external fuel box, there is metal fittings for two shovels are on the left side rear.
· The front edge is welded. No rivets.
· Front towing devices are shape of "γ". They are riveted and welded. Rear towing devices are also shape of "γ".
· Only one left headlight is on the front panel.
· The hull machine gun mount ring is "O" shape. This is a big feature of STZ.
· Engine grills are horizonal fin type.
· There are metal fittings for a jack base box on both rear fender. But a jack base box is on left rear fender only.
· There is a reinforcing line on the rear fender. (It is very hard to see this line in photos in WWII, but all T-34s and T-34-85s have this line.)
· Tools on the right fender are three sets of five grousers, two "U" shackles, a jack and extra tracks. Same as No.183 old version. Not same as No.183 in this period.
· Tools on the left fender are a large box (for a gun barrel cleaner), two sets of five grousers, a tool box and extra tracks. Same as No.183 old version. Not same as No.183 in this period.
足回り Undercarriage；
（前型式からの変更点）
・起動輪はSTZ特有の模様の全鋼製。

· Drive wheels; Full steel, STZ original type.
（前型式から変更のない点）
・履帯は広軌550mm幅の、ワッフル模様のあるもの。
・誘導輪はSTZ式の全鋼製。（スポーク部分が長短交互になっており、目抜き穴は楕円形のもの。）
・転輪は全鋼製の初期型。（目抜き穴の周りに盛り上がりがないもの。）

· Tracks; 550mm, model 1941-1942 early waffle pattern tracks.
· Idler wheels; Full steel, STZ original type. (Five long ribs and five short ribs alternately. Holes are ellipse. Five bolts on the hub cap.)
· Road wheels; Full steel wheel early type. (It has ten holes without rimmed edge around the holes.)
